Tsutomu Isobe (磯部 勉 Isobe Tsutomu) is a Japanese actor and voice actor.
He had played Isamu Ozu/Heavenly Saint Blagel/Wolzard Fire and voiced his evil form Dark Magic Knight Wolzard in Mahou Sentai Magiranger. He reprised his role years later, voicing Wolzard Fire in Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle. He recently voiced Thunderbird in Uchu Sentai Kyuranger: Episode of Stinger.
Outside of his work in Magiranger, Isobe had a cameo in Kamen Rider Kuuga and provided Japanese voice work for Bob Richards in Street Fighter X Tekken.

- Isobe was offered the role to play Wolzard's true identity as Isamu Ozu. Despite his hesitation, he ultimately accepted it. In the final episode, he wore the suit of Wolzard Fire during the transformation sequence.[1]
