Jinxer could conjure monsters from the cards the other demons used as well as using his own set of monster cards and was also skilled in hypnotism. He was highly loyal to Olympius and even helped him escape the Shadow World and fed him power from the Aquabase. Jinxer also helped nurture Olympius back to health when the rest of the villains dismissed Olympius for the dead. He was a cowardly sort of villain, but did engage in battle with the Rangers at least a few times. His method of attacking was using a cane-like blaster. During the Rangers' battle against the Super Demon forms of Diabolico and Olympius, Jinxer planted his only card left - a Batling card - on the leg of the Lifeforce Megazord which he then used to give rise to a massive army of Batlings to invade the Aquabase after the Lifeforce Megazord was brought back. Jinxer himself and a small faction of Batlings piloted the newly repaired Omega Megazord to place the circle of stones around Mariner Bay to assist Queen Bansheera's ceremony in opening the gateway into the Shadow World and releasing all of the demons from within into the world. After placing the final stone, Carter and Ryan eventually rammed the Mobile Armor Vehicle into it, destroying it. Though not shown on screen, it is assumed that Jinxer and the faction of Batlings were destroyed as well. Although the stone landed correctly, the Lightspeed Rangers and Diabolico brought down Queen Bansheera once and for all.
Personality[]
Jinxer was a wise and intelligent demon who was originally loyal to Diabolico, however when Queen Bansheera returned he switched most of his loyalty to her. Jinxer was also devoted to the Queen’s baby Impus, and when Impus transformed into Prince Olympius Jinxer became undyingly loyal to him and was very concerned for his well-being. Despite this, he was also cowardly.

Human Disguise: Jinxer can transform into a human form.
Teleportation: Jinxer can teleport to any location at will.
Monster Summoning/Enlarging: By saying a certain chant after placing a monster card, Jinxer can either summon a monster or enlarge them if they are defeated.
Monster Enhancement: Also by saying a certain chant, Jinxer was able to enhance Olympius and Diabolico's Super Demon forms, strengthening them and recharging their powers.

Intelligence: Jinxer appears to be the brain of the demon forces, being able to devise ways to help his fellow generals or superiors get what they want.
Weaknesses[]
Cowardice: Since he is not much of a fighter, Jinxer tends to be cowardly and often runs away from a fight.
Arsenal[]
Cane Rifle: Jinxer possesses a cane-like rifle that, when in battle, can fire energy blasts or light green colored energy lasers.
Hypnosis Clock: In the second of the two-part episode, "Olympius Unbound" Jinxer also used a clock with a chain that, if swung back and forth at the enemy, will hypnotize them.
Monster Cards: Like the rest of Queen Bansheera's generals, Jinxer carries a selection of cards that will unleash a monster.
Batling Cards: Jinxer also carries a section of Batling cards that will summon an army of Batlings.
Monster Egg: In the episode "The Great Egg Caper", Jinxer was given a light orange egg from Prince Olympius that was supposed to hatch into an extremely powerful monster, but it was destroyed along with Birdbane after being hit by Lightspeed Rescue Power Rangers' Rescue Bird's Unilaser.
Jinxer is voiced by Kim Strauss, and in his human form, is played by Benton Jennings.

Like his Sentai counterpart, Jinxer's motif is based off a butler and a housefly/mosquito.

Jinxer is the only villain in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, besides Queen Bansheera, to survive until the finale. He gets destroyed in the Omega Megazord during the final battle whereas Queen Bansheera is imprisoned forever.
Jinxer, alongside Olympius, is the only villain to remain loyal to Bansheera until the very end of Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue.
Jinxer was the only demon never shown to be defeated or destroyed onscreen but offscreen after the destruction of the Omega Megazord.
Jinxer is the only villain in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue not to be a demon, but rather a bug.
Jinxer's overall personality, his design, and the way he cackles like a lunatic on some occasions is most likely a homage to sinister evil scientist-type characters from the mid-1980s cartoons/books/movies/video games. He is more particularly like Dr. Wily from the Mega Man series.
Jinxer is also the only of Bansheera's minions whose Sentai counterpart is not a child of Grandine's, being the family butler instead.
