The Gekirangers are practitioners of the Fierce Beast-Fist Beast-Art style of Kung-Fu, which allows them to summon incredible power through a unique brand of Ki energy powered by the desire to fight selflessly called Geki. The style is separated into three variations pertaining to the Body, Heart, and Mind of the user.
While Gou does practice the Fierce Beast Wolf-Fist, he has mastered a self-developed Violet Fierce Ki that stems from the passion of fighting for one's self as opposed to justice. Gou also uses a modified version of the Wolf-Fist style that he has dubbed the Fukami-Style, which incorporates Muay Thai elements into his move-set.
Gou's Violet Fierce Ki allows him to summon clones of the GekiWolf and GekiJaguar which enable him to control a GekiWolf-infused GekiTohja single-handedly.
